We stayed in the Executive Seaview Suite which was a very spacious room with separate living room, dining table and bedroom. There’s also a separate powder cum toilet and the bedroom walk-in wardrobe and toilet was so big with separate bathtub and shower room. Very well designed for family. The suite comes to club access. My family would like to specially thank Chris Chan and Inez Cheng for their very attentive and welcoming hospitality. Especially thank to Chris as she remembers my favourite choice of drink. We felt so at home.

My stay at Hotel Icon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping at all. One of the things I appreciated most about the hotel was the availability of a printer in my room. This was a lifesaver, as I needed to print some important documents for work. Another thoughtful touch was the drinking water dispenser in the room. This was much more convenient and environmentally friendly than providing bottled water. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the minibar was completely free. This is a first for me, and I was delighted to be able to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about the additional costs. Overall, my stay at Hotel Icon was truly exceptional. The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Hong Kong.

Normally I’m a no frills kinda guy, but decided to treat myself to a nice spot after staying in a few hostels on my trip so I sprang for the top floor rooms and boy was it worth it. Staff treats you like a king upon arrival with a special front desk in the upper level and a personal escort to your room. Special access to a top level bar with a complimentary daily happy hour and exceptional view of Victoria’s Harbor. If you wanna feel like a baller or impress a special guest do this.

Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

This hotel is brilliant location and is surrounded by great restaurants. This is one of the first hotels I stayed in when I came to HK and stayed here multiple times over the last 3 months. Travelling with a new born made stress free with this hotel. Both sides of the hotel are nice but preference is the prestige side. Great staff and great hotel.

Further, in less than 15 minutes walking distance, you're in a lively neighborhood due to the vicinity of a University campus. Many catering options can easily be found along with different supermarket options.

Will not stay here again. Whilst, the hotel itself would be okay for a nights crash - I had an awful experience. On my floor, there were several people throughout the night who were gathering in the hallway and arguing, talking/shouting and slamming doors. The walls are so thin you can hear every movement. I didn’t sleep at all because of the noise.

- Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

Great stay! Couple stay with 2 huge luggage bags plus many shopping bags as well, and the room is spacious enough to accommodate. It’s clean and coffee, tea and water are provided. Highly commendable on their services and staffs are exceptionally nice and friendly. Location wise, it’s so convenient. Less than 10 mins walk to K11 and TST station. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the stay and will be back for sure!

The service attitude of the staff has improved a lot compared to when we first checked in. They have become friendly and helpful. Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. I haven’t been to Hong Kong in five years and I experienced the new hotel in Hong Kong - Meng Zhuon Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the subway station opposite. The service staff are all young, fashionable, good-looking, friendly and enthusiastic, making people feel like spring breeze. Due to its excellent location, every hotel room has a sea view room with an excellent view. Looking out is the Victoria Harbor, which makes people feel refreshed. The decoration style of the hotel is simple, fresh and fashionable, and design elements are reflected in all details: the design in the elevator, buttons, lights, graffiti on the guest room aisle, the wine set in the room, the shape of the lamps, as well as the body lotion and toiletry brands It is a very niche MALIN+GOETZ! I was pleasantly surprised, the taste is unique😃😃😃 My bug battery broke, and the hotel promptly brought a charger to charge it. The room was a bit cold, and they also brought a heater promptly. The service was considerate and attentive. On the day I left, I called a reserved taxi and put my luggage in the backup room. It's in the box, and it's thoughtful and careful. The restaurant on the 38th floor is so beautiful, with a better view. The Chinese breakfast ordered is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. I feel that if I come next time, I will consider staying there again. Thanks to Dilys chan, Andrew Cheung, and Doudou in the restaurant for their service! (Sorry for any omissions) The greeting card before leaving was also very beautiful and heart-warming. Service details are reflected in all aspects, both hardware and software make people comfortable and satisfied. I wish business is prosperous! 🥰🥰

The lady in charge of the contact was kind and gave very detailed transportation guidance and check-in instructions. The security guard downstairs was very enthusiastic. He introduced me to the use of access control in detail, personally escorted me to the room, and introduced the room facilities in detail. Although the room itself is not big, it is cost-effective, quiet and soundproofed at night, the bed is very comfortable, and the supplies are complete. I will stay here again next time, highly recommended! !

Thank you Kung Fu Hostels for accommodating my friend and I last minute. The location is perfect. Room was nice and clean. However I would say that there is a scary ambiance outside the hostel. To all women travels this would not be the first choice.
