A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Also excellent service!! Food pics from that restaurant😋

The room was large and tidy and comfortable. But there are not many restaurants nearby, only convenience stores. The waiter was very nice. The hotel also offers microwaves, hot water, etc. but in the public space of the room.

The twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed, you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door. There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower. The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants, banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

The hygiene is good, but the only drawback is that it is by the road. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the local brother. I couldn’t communicate in language, so I asked him for directions, and he enthusiastically helped me find the police, called a taxi for me, and drove his motorcycle to the door of the hotel. I was very moved by the fact that I didn’t even have to pay for it. There was also a girl and a boy in the drugstore next to the hotel. When I couldn't make a call, she used his phone to contact the shop owner and asked me how to unlock the door. It’s my first time to come to Hong Kong because I’m unfamiliar with everything. I met enthusiastic local people and my heart felt warm. I wish you a safe life, good health and a long life.

My wife and I really loved the stay at EATON, the location was really convenient, so many transit options and good access on foot to the neighbourhood around Mongkok and Temple st. The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Thank you to all the staff for such great hospitality.
