我雖然是金鑽會員，但是很少評論酒店，但是這次國慶我最不滿意的就是來七裏坪。按着評價順序先説
衞生：衞生整日來説中規中矩 但是不值500的價位，温泉區域更是慘不忍睹，換衣櫃沒有衣架，設施老舊。
環境：依靠峨眉山，總的來説挺不錯的，隨着七裏坪熱度下去，算個不錯的康養地方。
服務：酒店的服務尚可，但是酒店離温泉要坐車，而且不是一般的遠，泡温泉的服務更差，退還手牌後，守道閘的大爺不讓我出去，説沒有出門牌，然後我又去找退手牌得要，來回還有爭執，牛皮。温泉區域我詢問守温泉的師傅有幾個池子，他説五個，我回應他，才五個啊？沒想到這個師傅回句：人都沒有開那麼多幹啥。這服務真的牛皮。
最後説設施：國慶第一天，就開五個池子，其中兩個親吻魚池子收費，吃香真的太難看！我第一次泡温泉十分鐘就走，我媳婦評論：洗澡都比這個水熱火。

七裏坪的環境那是不用置疑，早餐能滿足需求，温泉接送很方便，帶家人休閑那是相當的好，周邊吃的略單調了一些，畢竟是山上。

房間情況還行，雖然裝修有點年頭了，但是看得出來當初是用心裝修了的，裝修質量不錯，我兒子比較喜歡這種沉穩的風格，因為還帶了小寶寶，所以入住不擔心甲醛問題。但是餐廳衞生條件太差了，餐椅臟得有點坐不下去，地板也很臟😅😅😅

房間衞生真的有點差，細節做的不好，踢腳線三角區，樓梯三角區有蜘蛛網，有些邊角有灰，地毯污點很多，椅子靠背上也有污漬，床頭靠背有污漬。相對來説衞生間衞生好一些，來了七裏坪三天了,住了三個酒店，唯一一個酒店在房間裏睡覺被咬了5個包（開了滅蚊器）。雖然房間價位便宜，老舊污漬無法清洗，但是灰塵蜘蛛網還是能清理掉的。我覺得基礎的衞生還是要搞乾淨。
優點就是房間很涼快，通風很好，晚上睡覺還要蓋厚被子，工作人員服務態度也不錯。送的温泉也很划算。但是現在温泉衹有晚上開了，我們就泡了半小時不到。
早餐比較豐富，但是口味整體偏鹹，個人不喜歡吃，餐廳在負一樓，空氣感覺也不太好。
好幾年前住過一次C區，當時覺得非常舒服，早餐不錯，温泉全天可泡，還去走了森林禪道。雖然當時價位也更貴。問了工作人員説C區已經沒開了。
七裏坪温泉酒店屬於以前的老牌酒店了，經過疫情感覺確實不如從前了，還是希望它能越來越好 。
