Avoid this hotel. We checked into the room and immediately noticed a musty smell. The room was in a horrible condition. The AC was covered in mold, the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there were food crumbs and bits of food all over the floor from previous guests. Within the first 24 hours of staying there, my asthma became significantly worse. The air quality in the room was awful, and the moldy AC certainly didn’t help. We also found around 5 cockroaches running around the room. We reported everything to reception, including the mold, cockroaches, and cleanliness issues. They told us they would spray the room and clean the AC. When we came back, nothing had really changed. There were still cockroaches running around and the AC was still moldy. It honestly felt like nobody had addressed the issues at all. At that point we went straight back to reception and requested a refund. There was no way we were staying another night in those conditions. We checked out and moved to another hotel in a similar price range, and the difference was night and day. The new hotel was clean, well maintained, and exactly what you would expect for the money. Be aware before booking. Our experience was genuinely disgusting and not somewhere I would recommend staying.
