But the downside is that it is noisy. Many motorcycles and sports cars are very noisy during the day and night. We live on the upper floors and can hear it clearly. Facilities: The facilities are relatively average among the several islands in Hawaii. There is only a water dispenser in the lobby. There are many people waiting for the elevator. There is only one public laundry room with many people. There is no water in the room, and the bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas. The bathtub is still the kind with a shower curtain, which may be too old. The hotel has a garage, which is convenient for parking, but the daily charge is relatively high. In addition to the parking fee, there is also a tax, which is about more than 60 dollars a day. The room is not soundproofed, and the sound in the corridor and next door can be heard clearly. Hygiene: There was hair on the towels in the room when I checked in, and I asked the hotel to replace the towels. Everything else is okay. Service: The service staff is quite satisfactory. The hotel provides services such as borrowing beach chairs. Hotels in Honolulu are not cheap. Generally speaking, this one is average. I stayed for five days and was bitten by insects every day. It was shocking and itchy. I caught the insects alive in the room and called the room manager to see (with evidence). The hotel deliberately delayed until I checked out and said that they would follow up, but there was no feedback. After communicating and following up with Ctrip customer service, they replied to my two emails with an arrogant attitude. The general content was "We have no live insects in the room after third-party testing, and no guests have reported that there are insects in the room except you." I asked for the inspection report twice, but they avoided talking about it, and there was no apology or even "You want to blackmail us"! This is the attitude of the hotel I spent nearly tens of thousands to stay in! The following is the details of what happened. Patient friends please read on. I stayed in this hotel for a total of five days. I was awakened by itching in the early morning of the first day, and five parallel rashes appeared on my right arm, which was extremely itchy. The next morning, I woke up and found that there were dense rashes on the front of my left thigh. This time, there were more rashes, and the arrangement was obviously caused by insects crawling over. Two or three red spots appeared on the inner side of my left thigh. On the morning of the third day, I found that the red spots on the inner side of my left thigh intensified, which was a new rash caused by the bites. At the same time, there were several red spots on the inner side of my right thigh. Very! Extremely itchy! That night, I was psychologically traumatized and dared not cover myself with a quilt to sleep. I slept on the quilt (the quilt was not even pulled out of the bed seam), and slept under the hotel towel. However, on the morning of the fourth day, my left hind leg was bitten again! Densely packed! I couldn't stand it. I opened the quilt and saw many small black spots on the sheets. I immediately called the cleaner to check. The cleaner's original words were "I change new quilts and pillowcases every day." However, I didn't open the quilt all night, so why were there black spots in the quilt? I immediately contacted the housekeeping manager to check the room. After looking at the black spots on the bed, the housekeeping manager insisted that it was sand and patted them off. But I took photos every time I was bitten to leave evidence, and seeing the red spots on my body at that time, plus my Qiang Lei's request, they agreed to change me to a room (smaller than the original room) on the fourth night because the feedback was in the morning. At that time, she promised to call a third party to check the room immediately in the afternoon and give me the test results in the evening. But then she tentatively asked me when I would leave, and I said before the next morning. While changing rooms and packing my luggage, I found two bugs under my bed! I caught one of them alive and put it in a mineral water bottle, and immediately called the room manager to come and see. The room manager told me to put the bottle on the bed and wait for the tester to come in the afternoon (the bug was still alive at the time) However, when I was supposed to give me the test results in the evening, I suddenly received a message from the hotel saying that the third party would not come today and would come to test the next day. I once again said that I would leave the next day and I needed the results. The hotel said that it would definitely follow up by email. The drama came. After a long-distance flight for a day and a night, I did not receive any response from the hotel. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service. After the customer service helped me to follow up with the hotel, the hotel sent the first message, without apology, and the attitude was cold. "After our third-party inspection, there was no insect activity in your room, and we will not make corresponding compensation later." I replied to the hotel with all my photos and video evidence, and said that I needed to see the test report. However, the hotel's response this time was even more shocking. "We only look at the report results, and no one reported the bugs before and after your stay." I replied again that I was very dissatisfied with this result, and I emphasized again that I needed to see the test report, but this time the hotel did not respond. Ctrip customer service contacted me later, and the hotel's attitude was uncooperative, irresponsible, and uncompensatory. I have been abroad for 9 years and have traveled to 35+ countries and 80+ cities. This is the first time such a thing has happened. The hotel did not apologize or cooperate with communication. During the stay, the attitude was actively cooperative, and deliberately delayed until I left, and the attitude changed 180 degrees. The operation was amazing. 호텔 위치는 괜찮은데 호텔 시설 및 서비스 등 이 정말 최악인 것 같네요 다른 호텔에 비해 발렛비용도 비싸고 리조트 비용도 비싸네요 거기다가 호텔 객실 수에 비해 현저히 부족한 엘레베이터 때문에 객실과 로비를 다녀감에 있어서도 불편함이 이만저만이 아니네요ㅡㅡ 거기다가 방에 전자레인지 부탁 했더니만 그냥 한 가운데에 진짜 성의 없이 가져다 두고ㅡㅡ 절대 이용하지마세요 그리고 또 객실이랑 세탁기 실은 엄청멀고ㅡㅡ 진짜 이용하지마십시오
