1st I must say that I would never write a bad review if I felt that this hotel appreciate my business. The manager Angelica, disregard my complaint and the hotel lied and said it was handled. Handled by disregarding my complaint. Now my issues with this room 502, the room was patched up to look as if it was upgraded. The master bedroom floors were dirty that I couldn't walk on it, not without shoes. The bed sheet had blood (I brought this up with Angelica and was told that someone would come to change out the bedding. For 4 days I had to sleep on towels. When room service came to my room, I was told that they couldn't clean room because I only booked 4 days. Words can't express how I feel. To be honest, I felt I would have gotten better service if I was not black. The only thing that was told to me...."SORRY ". I will look into contacting a lawyer to see if I could get my money back. No one should be paying all this money to sleep on towels. I would never stay here again. Trust me, I'm looking for a lawyer. I couldn't get clean sheets. I have photos to back up my claim.
