Except that the price is a bit expensive, everything else is satisfactory! Since it is a timeshare vacation club hotel, the suites basically come with a kitchen and all Western cooking utensils, everything you need! There is also a washing machine and dryer. The seaside environment is beautiful, the climate is pleasant, and the scenery is everywhere. The hotel faces its own lagoon (lagoon), which is very comfortable for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling (the sea water is a bit cold now, so you need a little courage when you first go into the sea! It will be fine in a while!). The three outdoor swimming pools are suitable for children to the elderly to play and swim, and are equipped with hot water massage pools and saunas (dry steam, wet steam). In short, this hotel is very suitable for couples, couples, second and third generations to travel together! In addition, there is a difference between sea view rooms and mountain view rooms, but they can also be balanced by spending more time outdoors. Very crowded pool areas. Not enough Cabanas or umbrellas at the beach. Booking system to secure aforementioned difficult to navigate.

Avoid Kona Tower 915 if there is any chance of rain. I am a Chairman's Club member, in addition to having Titanium Elite status. Didn't do me much good once the thunderstorms rolled in. There was a large leak next door, with water entering the building via a maintenance doorway next door to 915. The hallway carpet was saturated with water very quickly, which seemed to have been expected by the hotel management, since they were unusually quick to send up lots of water absorbing towels and a large, industrial strength fan , running 24 hrs/day, placed right outside my door, for 3 days. Seems that management should actually consult a structural engineer and come up with a better PREVENTATIVE solution, since rain is a frequent phenomenon on Oahu. It would have also been nice if management would have offered me something (ie points, credits, or an apology) to make up for all the noise we had to listen to from their fans...but unfortunately I got "bonvoyed". You have been warned. Sorry for the rant

Great property. Ideal for relaxing time. Beach, hot tubs, and swimming pools well maintained. Only con is that they are working on the large pool so that was not available.

Beautiful hotel on Lagoon beach. Wonderful water views, and pools. Plenty of beach and pool chairs. Several pools /spas for both adults and kids. Water slides, Sauna, Steam room. Walking paths to Disney and Four Seasons, after seeing Disney, I think you will appreciate the spaciousness of this resort. Friendly staff. Terrific dining options. BBQ areas. Great gift store , reasonable prices. Appreciated the peace and quiet after coming from Honolulu. Room was spotless.

Our unit was clean but very shabby and dated in decor & amenities. The view disappointing. The washing line in the bathroom didn’t even reach across the tub so was useless.
Landscaping quite lovely, very clean beaches & lagoons with plenty of room for solitude if desired.
Dining options could be better. We preferred to dine off site where quality/variety of menus/food and shopping were much better.

Very nice, we had two units that connected for 4 adults and 4 children. We had two king beds and two pull out couches. There was a decent kitchen in the bigger unit and a washer and dryer. Our view was of the mountains. There were 4 elevators and we never had to wait to go up or down. I really appreciated there were carts we could load all our bags on and wheel them to our rooms. We also used it after our Costco run. The pools were fun for the kids and the ocean cove had some turtles that were fun to see. We loved Longis. The resort was so nice that we mostly stayed there. We did a day at pearl harbor and shopped in Honolulu, but mostly just enjoyed the resort.
