Shoreline Hotel Waikiki

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. During the rain, the room became extremely damp, and the entire carpet was soaking wet. The most frightening part was that the alarm inside the room kept going off continuously from the moment it started raining. The staff were completely unable to fix the alarm. When I asked to change rooms, the front desk repeatedly refused, claiming that the hotel was fully booked. However, in reality, new guests kept checking in. I then requested to change to another hotel, but the front desk insisted that I contact them myself. Isn’t that something they should handle? They did absolutely nothing. Whenever a problem occurred, they were incapable of solving it—completely useless. I stayed here for a week, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. I will never consider staying at this hotel again. I hope this review helps others avoid making the same mistake and having their vacation ruined by choosing the wrong hotel.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Thought of all the little things to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Staff were very polite and friendly. Great shower pressure, bed was comfortable and air con fantastic. We had a room on the 3rd floor and unfortunately we could smell one of the burger restaurants frying food each morning, which was not pleasant. Not the hotels fault, but it’s something to bear in mind if you’re given a lower floor. Rooftop pool is small but a nice extra if you don’t fancy the beach. Close to everything; restaurants, shops, beach. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Great location.  Would definitely stay there again. The hotel appears a little dated, with old, stained carpet, but I believe they are remodeling.

Great value, thoughtful amenities. Old building that’s been renovated. Clean with good service.

Like this hotel…very good location , walking distance to markets, ABC store across street, couple of minutes to shopping…only drawback would be the pool- rooftop and small

Super central location, shopping area, convenient, walkable

Location is great, next to pick up bus location and in middle of city center. Unfortunately the room next to me keep make noise and had police came in final. Great stay and nice room.

I stayed for three nights this time, and the location's convenience was impeccable. The front desk staff were also very friendly. However, the room I was assigned next to the elevator was not a good choice for those seeking a quiet rest, as the poor soundproofing meant that the noise from the operating elevator was impossible to ignore.

Great hotel, location is perfect, decorations are trendy, the balcony was a nice touch. The restaurant connected to the hotel has delicious food with good prices at happy hour.
