The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful when you need anything just ask them. The hotel it self is clean the vibe is relaxing staying at bar,pool, restaurant and also in they’re couches sitting are comfortable. Easy access if you going walk around waikiki city or beach. We just wish the bar close like 12midnight haha 😁 but yea definitely going back here if we go back for vacation in waikiki. I highly recommend SurfJack hotel for family,friends, solo or couple rather than those big name hotels. Lastly food are great (Fresh Oysters) legit. Mahalo SurfJack! 🤙 5/24/24

Perfect location in the middle of Waikiki. Hotel room has all the amenities. Live artists by the pool area some nights that feature local artist. Overall the hotel and staff were amazing. Just want to thank the staff for their hospitality during my stay.

Agree with all the 5* reviews. All round great place. Asked for an electric kettle and got one - not an easy ask in the US. Staff always tried hard and helpful. The bar/pool areas was excellent and we ended up just staying there as it had it all. Good mix of clients who clearly appreciated this gem. We will be back next year.

I loved the nightly live music sessions and the open pool on the first floor. Coming into the hotel always uplifted my mood and we looked forward to coming back to the hotel at the end of every day!

星野リゾートとの事ですが、日本語は全く通じませんでした。でもスタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、ウォーターサーバーやコーヒーも飲めて良かったです。雰囲気はとてもおしゃれですが、設備は古かったのと、清掃が入らない日がありました。部屋にポットがないのが残念です。
電子レンジはお願いしたら貸してくれて、とてもたすかったのと、ビーチやショッピング街も近く、無料でタオルを貸し出してくれたのも嬉しかったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。

Loved how this older hotel was updated using local art and contemporary design. The bar staff were passionate about their craft. The food and drinks were top notch. The best feature was eliminating all these new resort fees. Everything including parking fees was included so we knew exactly what we were spending. Icing on the cake was Jack and all the dogs -so cool.
