No elevator so if you have heavy suitcases please ask for a room at ground floor

Just checked out thank you to Zach, Romeo and all the great staff at White Sands! This place does so many things well and it’s small enough to be a personal experience where people know who I am. Feels like home in Waikiki. Relaxing poolside atmosphere. Best lounge chairs. Cool rooms. Great bars.

We had a lovely day at White Sands while we explored Waikiki & Chinatown. The food at Heyday by the pool was perfect as the afternoon snack as well as the mocktail & cocktail too. While we explored around the city the front desk held our luggage. I look forward to staying here again!

Overall really happy and we had a blast at the pool and pool bar. Setting was cute and walking distance to a bunch of great spots. We think maybe more staff is needed and the room cleaning service wasn’t great. Front desk person seemed overwhelmed checking in and retrieving bags. Rooms weren’t all ready at check in time. Towels weren’t refreshed and empty glass were never taken so sat there all weekend so counters didn’t get wiped down.

Relaxing place to unwind. Service was great from beginning to end. friendly Staff. Swings at the bar were too cool to not sit on. Jacuzzi was amazing. We topped the night off at their hidden gem with a few more drinks. I want a hidden bar just like that at my hale.walking distance to many restaurants and stores. I recommend White sands Hotel to everyone looking for a good time.
