Excellent and prompt service. Our room was cleaned immaculately everything day. The hotel staff was very service oriented. The Concierge was also very helpful.

This was my second time visiting The Ritz there. Comparing it to the first time, this time I felt I’m not at the same location. It was in the beginning of September and it looked like people working there were still overwhelmed from the busy summer. Everyone was kinda cold and lost a personal touch. Maybe they were understaffed. Definitely not my problem!!! They also changed the signature RC toiletries. Towels looked worn out and felt rough and scratchy. 5 star hotel…. No way Jose!
