Room was very small, shower was horrible - constantly dealing with curtain up against you. No artwork in the room at all. One small chair for sitting. Felt more like a moderate hotel chain room. Beach was 15 minutes away and no food, beverage or cooking facilities on property. VERY disappointed. Definitely would not stay here again. Went to a Marriott hotel afterward - a night and day difference.

The location is a pro AND a con. The facility is lovely and very clean but it is not in a very nice neighborhood. If you are willing to walk, you can get to shopping and restaurants and then you don't have to try to park, which is very difficult. We walked to the beach twice. It is quite a walk, but easier than trying to park down there and the weather was nice so it was good for us. The staff is GREAT! They are helpful and friendly.

If you are traveling to Oahu, this is a great place to stay at. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Hotel was very clean. It’s about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay-awesome check-in at 6:30 am-got a pass key for media room, washrooms, a garden & work out room and valet checked our luggage. Went for a walk and breakfast and got our room at 9:30 am for a full check in. All this after a 10 hour flight from Sydney, Australia!

Outstanding stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki resort. The service staff were very kind and courteous. Facility amenities were outstanding and accessible. Hoping it was longer than 3 days to enjoy Honolulu.

We found the staff to be extreemly helpful and responsive. Upon check in we found that the tub had been missed during the cleanup prosess. The managment sent someone immediatly to remedy the problem. Our room was a little dated but good sized. Overall location was convenient and the bus lines are cheap and easy to use. Happy with our stay.

We came on our honeymoon. It's a short walk to the ocean and the views were very nice of the canal, city and little bit of the ocean. We just would prefer to be closer to the water on our next visit. The rooms were a bit dated but very clean and the property is well cared for.

If you are wanting to experience Honolulu in a great location near shopping, beach this is it. We booked a studio unit for 5 days for me and my wife. Didn't feel too small. We went on several tours of the island had fun. Would definitely go back here again.
