Is what to be expected. It’s great if you’re only using it for sleep and store your belongings while you’re in Waikiki. Otherwise most of the reviews are accurate

You can go to Waikiki beach by walking but i don't recommend this Hotel because it's not clearly🥲

Location was superb. Staff was friendly. But the surrounding was very noisy. Rooms were not sound proof and sleeping tight was quite a issue.

I was very disappointed when I got to my crappy old room...it was so hot in my room!! The a/c was barely working!! So I called the front desk to switch rooms... luckily she called me back and said she had another room for me... the new room wasn't really any better!! The a/c was in the back corner and still I couldn't feel the a/c!! I actually had to go to the back corner to feel a little air conditioned. We pay a lot of money to stay there and there rooms barely have working air conditioned!! We were very hot the whole time we were there!! So my friends and I will never stay there again!! And we will not recommend Waikiki heritage hotel to anyone!! Good luck...

You couldn't tell from the photo, but the room is a hotel that would be suitable for someone who frequently travels to Southeast Asia. The staff didn't speak Japanese, but they were kind enough to translate using an app. However, I was told that I couldn't leave my luggage until check-in at 3pm and it would cost $35. There was a lot of noise in the bathroom, and I could hear voices from the next room, the shower, and the opening and closing of the door, so I woke up every time. He is also sensitive to house dust, so when he goes to bed he sneezes and his nose won't stop running. I thought it was because it was cheap, but it would be better to stay somewhere nicer even if it means spending a little more.

It's very expensive during the Christmas period but it's relatively cheap compared to others. The service is average. Hawaiians don't seem to be very enthusiastic. No one cleans the room. You can go to the front desk to ask for towels but you can pick them up yourself. Parking around is difficult. Walking You can find paid parking spaces on the street in the latter larger street. Since I rented a car, I don’t know how the public transportation is here. There is no meal service here, there is a small swimming pool and an outdoor coin-operated laundry.

It seems to be good value for money... Hawaii is very expensive, so I booked the lowest price accommodation.

Very cost-effective

They have no carts to help load your items to your room. Was told it was a 1 bedroom but the partition doesn’t even close. Bedding looked like they weren’t changed. Table was uneven and my son got hurt from it. Showered after 12am and had no hot water. Shower curtain does not fit the whole tub it’s to short. It’s also only a knob there’s no deadbolt to make it feel safe. The blinds gave us a hard time to close. The only good thing in my option is there was an ice machine that you had to use by a certain time and it was a bed and a shower for my kids.

The room was extremely dirty. I could not even spend one night there. They did not give me full refund even though I didn’t use the room. I would not have left if the bathroom would have been cleaned. It was so dirty I could not even imagine using it.

Great location, easy access to shopping center, restaurants and beach. Clean but a little bit outdated.

Hospitality was phenomenal and the location was perfect for us. Great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy beautiful Hawaii. Would definitely recommend this to anyone on a budget. Safe and conveniently located. Had to take rides with Lyft for further places. Mahalo to all that were part of our amazing dream vacation.
