The hotel is not particularly new but the facilities are complete and the rooms are large. It was upgraded and I felt comfortable facing the sea. There are many restaurants downstairs for dining, which is convenient. Parking is free and someone will help you store and retrieve the car. Don't forget to tip.

My family has stayed here twice now, and we'll be back. We originally chose Aston Waikiki Beach Tower for the amazing oceanfront view, but will continue to return because we like having the space and flexibility of a 2-bedroom condo with a kitchen and the convenience of daily housekeeping, like you would have at a hotel. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and appreciate the luxury of having basics like toiletries, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper and tissues replaced every day. The free valet parking is also super convenient. During this visit, we had some days when rain and high surf kept us out of the ocean. It was wonderful for everyone to have enough space to spread out when we couldn't get outside, and also to have a living room where we could hang out together without squeezing into a hotel room. We enjoyed watching the waves and surfers across at the beach.

What sets this hotel apart from others is the customer service. We had an amazing greeting! They gave the women and the men shell necklaces. They gave us a beach bag as well as water bottles for our entire party and a smaller bag with sunscreen and after sun lotion. The balcony was great. The view is absolutely stunning! The beach is beautiful. There are tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

I bit noisy at night due to high wind banging on the balcony sliding doors and main entrance door. Otherwise, everything is great.
