Great find. Hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Easy and safe walk to restaurants and main drag. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great beds.

Very poor check-in experience. When checking in, the hotel front desk insisted that our order could not be found, claiming that our order was canceled by the agent. Later, we contacted the intermediary platform and learned that the order was normal because the hotel accidentally canceled the order. It took the two of us an hour to go nowhere in front of the hotel.
In the end, the hotel promised to waive other charges as compensation and resume the order. As a result, after returning to Hong Kong, the credit card was charged twice, a walk-in room fee and other miscellaneous fees, and the original order fee was not refunded, which is equivalent to a double charge!
It is still in the middle of wrangling, waiting for the reply from the hotel and the processing of the platform.

Loved that our place was close to the beach , but far enough to avoid all the crowds. Right next to canal where you could watch runners and rowers. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Having chairs and towels available to take to beaches was a bonus.

Hotel condition not the most attractive, but friendly staff and a very welcome environment. Popcorn and coffee in the lobby. Comfortable beds, and kids are very happy.
