Love staying at Hyatt. Front desk was very friendly during the entire stay. Clean and comfortable room. Very good free breakfast.

Great place. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Better than normal breakfast. Rooms next to the elevator shaft are loud. Apparently, the sound proofing was not installed during construction. Don't accept a room next to the elevator.

Staff was great all the way around but the Hotel needs some updating. Carpet in the room was dirty in multiple spots, my lock didn’t work on the door, toilet didn’t work when I arrived so I had to change rooms immediately. Entire floor had a musty odor in the hallway.

Good overall stay with our dog. Chose for the dog-friendly aspect, but as with other "pet friendly" LOL hotels, I have to ask, if you're pet friendly, why do you charge $75 PER, even for just one night? do you really do something extra extraordinary to my room that had a pet in it for 12 hours, after we leave? there are no carpets to clean. So what is the huge fee for? That said, the room was good, the pet areas were accessible, and we appreciated that we could stay there, but not the huge fee. There were no electrical outlets by the bed (crazy!) and none by the desk either, except for the one the lamp was plugged in to, so I guess you choose between the light and your laptop? Shower noise fromm room next door was loud enough to wake us up. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. coffee was terrible. They do have a bar that opens at 5p and that was very welcome. Also one of the few hotels I've seen lately that still offer a paper - Love that! We will stay again on our monthly pass thru town. note to hotel: Put in some outlets by the bed!!

Toilet was stopped up and staff unable or unwilling to fix it. Room was good size and other wise clean.

The sewage is terrible. I called guest services for assistance with the toilet borderline overflooding and requested for it to be fixed or to be moved to another room. I was told that someone would come up to fix it but no one showed up. I stayed in room 609.The room smelled horrible from restroom usage.
