The hotel is in ill repair and needs to be updated and renovated. I was given a room with filthy floors, both the carpet and the hard floor were dirty. The sofa had staind that I would not want to begin to imagine what they were. My shower literally had a hole in the wall of the shower, there was mildew and mold all in the shower. The front desk clerk initially told me they were booked to capacity so there was no other room that she could put me in. She offered to have housekeeping clean the room as though I was going to sleep in that filth. I requested a refund was told I could not receive a refund and I have paid for two nights. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager was not on duty and the clerk offered to call her supervisor. After that call I was told I would be refunded for my full stay because I told them I was not staying in that hotel. After sitting in the lobby for over 2 hours while the clerk was working on the night audit she was finally able to refund me for one night. She said the manager would refund me for the next night the following day. As of now, which is 2 days later I still have not received that refund though I called the manager yesterday. Initially and speaking to the manager she acted as though she had no clue what I was talking about right and then she inquired didn't I stay for one night. I was literally in the room for less than 10 minutes. The clerk was unable to actually check me out of the room because the audit process had to run before she could complete the check out, at least that's what I was told. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. I am thoroughly disgusted by the state of the hotel and the fact that they would put people in these rooms looking like this. I spent a total of almost 4 hours in the lobby waiting for the audit process to complete so I could check out of the room. The clerk said she had to wait for this process to finish before she could actually check me out. As I was sitting in the lobby looking for alternate accommodations, the clerk then inquired if I had located somewhere to stay because she could not allow me to continue to sit in the lobby.
