If the hotel is well located and if the room meets the minimum requirements (but no more) of a 4 star, the reception ruins everything. A distant, cold receptionist, bordering on rude, who does not give you any information about the hotel. This is the first time I have received such a welcome in an Accor hotel. I stayed in 3-star Ibis, where we were much better received. I will look for another hotel when I return to Colmar.
