I'm not happy at double tree hotel because they are overcharged money on my credit card . I paid $150 cover taxes and parking lot Then they keep charging money is $ 47 and $93 on my credit card next day . I hope that they are not make mistakes again

Great service checking in. ( I'm sorry I don't get her name) Especially loved the complimentary chocolate chip cookies!! Love the recently renovated room! Service, Burger, fries and frozen drinks were great at the southern grill! Thanks Deidra!! A little off the beaten path, but it's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for your hospitality.

The main areas and our room were clean and well maintained. Great views and located on the beach. There are fun things to do on the property like the fishing pier, mini golf and water slides (although slides were not open during our stay) pool water was cold and there are no hot tubs/jacuzzis. The hotel is not within walking distance to the main entertainment areas. Overall a good visit. OH, big mention...There are commercial airplanes that fly over very low and frequently that scare the garbage out of you...

From the moment we booked our stay, up to present. It have been a beautiful Spiritually, relaxing, fun, growing experience! Our room upgrade over looking the Ocean for our Anniversary, is soooo BEAUTIFUL!!! I can only hope that the next guess that stays here, will get the same if not better enjoyment out of there stay as well!!! Beautiful Resort!

We simply love this property. We stayed in the side named the Ellie in an ocean front room. The new pool and amenities were fantastic even though there was still some construction going on and the water slides had not opened yet. The staff was amazingly helpful and took care of our every need including finding gluten free cookies for my 5 year old at the front desk. We ate in the restaurant one night and at the pool bar for lunch one day. Both were fantastic. The beach in front of the hotel is one of the best in the area with none of the obscene mess found closer to the center of Myrtle beach. We had a great time.

Great Hotel, Great Staff and very clean. My kids really enjoyed the great amenities and the food. Housekeeping staff are amazing, Front desk team were very friendly and helpful. the pool and the water slide was great. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and kind. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay somewhat. The hotel is clearly still "under construction" our room was newly renovated but the floor are gross. I sent a chat message to the front desk at 8am asking for housekeeping just to clean the floors.. inquired several times throughout the day and house keeping never came. So we kept our shoes on ♀️ the whole time. The pool by our building near the pier was nice the others need a pick me up. Slides didn't open up until like 2pm-3pm and the pools close at 8:30pm. Kinda bummed us out waiting all day for them to open but we made the best off it. Not a place to write home about but it did its job for a weekend stay.

This hotel recently underwent renovations. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the pool and ocean and pier. Our balcony had chairs that we sat in, with our morning coffee. Staff was efficient, friendly and totally on top of things. We were aware that they were in a transition period and we expected some chaos, but really we saw none of that. We very much enjoyed the adventure of seeing all of the resort. It’s quite big and there is lots to do. Breakfast on the veranda of the restaurant should not be missed. It’s beautiful and great way to start the day.
