"I checked in at 4 pm and they gave me a key to a dirty room. They corrected that but the front desk agent just wasn’t pleasant in general. The phone in my room didn’t work, I didn’t need it for anything other than to find out the WiFi password because that also wasn’t given at check in."

"This is a stylishly decorated hotel. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The front desk staff member, Ma Wen, is warm and cheerful. The only downside is that the decor is too new, and the smell of renovation hasn't completely dissipated. It might be better to stay here after a while!"

"We stayed as a family of five — three children and two adults — and overall everything was good. The only downside was that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but it was fine for the kids. One small issue: we found a tiny baby cockroach in the bathroom/toilet at night, probably came from somewhere. The staff were friendly and smiling. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay, but that was because we didn’t request it. The balcony was nice, and it’s clear the place was renovated not long ago — everything felt clean and pleasant. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, especially on the cold and windy days."

"Great location on the beach. Beachfront one bedroom suite with balcony was beautiful view. Breakfast was good and hotel staff throughout the building were very friendly."
