The food and service were great. Would like to see the poolside music start earlier and the hotel overall needs a bit of updating/TLC. Overall great time.

Breakfast at Cafe Almafi with Lilly was amazing a great waitress and very attentive. She was pleasant and help with a special dietary we needed and ordered egg white omelet for my husband. Keep her she is great.Will come back and ask for her again tomorrow.

My nieces were in town for a visit this past weekend. We stopped in at the Wet Whistle Beach Bar and were served by Shannon. She is so bubbly and pleasant and has a great sense of humor. The drinks she recommended were perfect and we actually stayed a little longer because she was so much fun and entertaining. We will definitely stop by again because she made our experience memorable!

My daughter & I stayed here as part of a time share promo. We paid about $200 for 3 nights & for the quality that is the most I would’ve paid. This location is very sub-par for a Hilton & they should be ashamed to have their name on it. 1. Light bulbs out in bedside lamp 2. Shower curtain smelled like mildew 3. Shower head had mold on it 4. Sheers were not in place on sliding doors, when asked we were told they didn’t have any. 5. Air filter was dirty & needed replacing 6. Somehow it sounded like the room had someone knocking every 15-20mins. Could not isolate where it came from. 7. Duvet not placed on bed properly 8. Toilet paper holder broke while there The staff were attentive when we brought their attention to these things but this should not have occurred at all. We got tired of telling them of issues & finally stopped as it was getting absurd. You are paying for the ocean front location. That is it. Nothing of the Hilton quality is there.

Kimberly was awesome on my checkin and when I need help. She was awesome! Need help with the shuttle and resturant option. Black Drum was terrific.

Paul Flores was very friendly. He greeted us with a smile. I asked for a room overlooking the beach and he assigned us a nice room. He explained what the hotel had to offer and told us about the shuttles that will take you within 2 miles. I wanted to get a hair cut at spa22 but the styles wasn’t on site. Housekeeping lady very nice. I talked to Lisa a manager and she resolved my small issue quickly with no Hassel. Food is delicious and at a good price. Access to the beach is great and it’s a clean beach. Overall it was a great experience and I would come here again.
