"Terrible place and customer service. I called to inform the front desk for a late check in since we got stuck with a non-moving traffic and very bad thunder storms. The front desk officer told me not to worry as i will be able to check in at anytime since they are there for 24 hrs. To my surprise when we arrive, their door is locked. We knocked for almost and hour but nobody responded. I called there contact number but no one answered. We were on the road for 12 hrs and arrived with no place to stay. Horrible place with worst customer service."

"The location is great, and there are many swimming pools, but I went in November, so the outdoor pools were no longer accessible. The ocean view rooms had open-air corridors, which were quite cold. If you don't want to be freezing in winter, you should ask the front desk for an ocean view room with an indoor corridor."

"Our stay could not have been better! The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was wonderful. They even drove us to a restaurant and offered to pick us up! The room was spacious and had everything we needed-very comfortable beds, keurig, and even got a late checkout. Since we had a few hours after checking out before we could get into our Airbnb, they stored our luggage until we left the area. Great staff!!"

The hotel staff are very nice, the rooms are large and comfortable, and I originally booked two nights and was so happy that I booked two more. Highly recommended!"
