Wasn’t bad I would use again. Needs some minor repairs and upgrades. Wall paper peeling. Floor base board molding coming apart or dirty.
My sink faucet handle was very loose but worked.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were extremely comfortable. The rooms were very bright, clean and cheery! We were only a few steps from the beach where I enjoyed my early-morning walks while everyone was still asleep. Customer service was top-notch! Perfect location for a relaxing getaway for family or for couples. I loved all the pools. There are a few outside and a heated one inside, as well as a hot tub.

The hotel is under construction. They are also building a new house on the north side of the building. If you want any quiet, this is not the hotel for you! Most hotels tell you when you book that construction is happening. Not the case with the Grande Shores. I would have stayed some where else! Which is probably why we weren’t told!We spent over $3,000 for this chaos. Staff is nice. Suite is decent…

We had a two bedroom on the second floor. It was spacious but needed some updates and paint. Our biggest complaint was the ocean view room we paid for was blocked by a huge crane due to the renovation. I was told I’d be contacted by the manager. When that didn’t happen, I tried reaching out to another manager with no success. I’m super disappointed in the lack of communication and poor management that cannot contact customers. I just don’t think we should pay for an ocean view when we didn’t have one. Pictures show the view we had.
