Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

Room where clean everything was perfect the staff was really nice. Laporcha customer service was fantastic I love it her personality was everything. They really have great staff working there.

Bed springs were super squeaky and made loud noises every time me or my wife rolled over. Other than that everything was awesome

Over all we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint which is not the properties fault was hearing kids running around all night long. Dear parents, your keys need to be in bed by a certain time!!! Other than that, everything was fine. Only reason I probably won’t stay here again is the kids all night long. It’s a family oriented place and that just fine.

This resort is definitely a 5 star ratings for me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Special thank you to the two sweetest front desk agents that I’ve ever came across Kimoy and Ms.Toni for helping me to check in to the best 3 days of my life lol. I also wanted a higher floor and they ensured that my wish was granted. Thanks so much guys I appreciate y’all two ladies very much. Hope to see y’all when I get back.

We traveled with 19 family and friends. The hotel staff moved some rooms around and got us all near one another. We really appreciated that. The pools were clean however the outdoor pools were cold. We were hoping for a nice pool day but the hot tubs made up for it. Well when they weren’t full of children! That was one downfall you would think the tiki bar hot tub would be adult only. Other than the full hot tub of kids it was great place. Big shout out to Toni for being a wonderful front desk staff !
