Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and secure room and facilities. Courtyard Marriott is my go to hotel. Always consistent. If I can find one wherever I’m going, I will book my stay there. Friendly staff who are helpful and attentive as well as food and beverage onsite.

Staff was very friendly and answered all questions. Hotel accommodated me by giving me a different refrigerator for my medication and froze my ice packs so I could transport my medications to my next project.

First the good things: the front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. All of the issues I reported were addressed quickly. The hotel is having some remodeling done but they sent me an email to let me know this was going to occur and sent it far enough in advance such that I could have canceled my stay there without incurring any penalties. The construction did not cause us any problems during our stay. Now the not so good things: It appears that while the room was cleaned after the prior guest, it was not restocked for the next guests - There was only one coffee packet in the room when we arrived. There was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom There was no iron - and we needed one Other things not meeting expectations - The thermostat would kick in only after the temperature in the room reached 3 degrees higher than the setting and would run until it was 2-3 degrees colder than the setting. So we were either hot or cold. And it was very loud when the unit ran. - The A/C unit’s outside cover no longer securely attached to the unit and was laying around on the little balcony off the room. We stayed for 2 nights but housekeeping did not restock the coffee or sugar/cream in the room. I just expect more from a Marriott hotel than this.

The hotel should look nice with the remodel. So far what is done looks nice. One thing to remember, the place needs to be kept clean, even the corners and the elevators. The Courtyard by Marriott should be step up from a Fairfield Inn but this isn't, especially the rooms. The bathroom had mold around the shower and between the undermount sink and the counter top.

Hotel was great but unsure of why the staff would assign the room right in front of the ice machine (so it was noisy all night eventhough it shouldn’t have been cause there is no door to the ice machine room ) when the hotel was pretty much empty-and asked the gentleman who came before us if he had a preference of where he wanted his room. Power trip employee wielding his “power” at the desk. Not so much the hotels fault-just crappy people in the world.

Hotel under construction has been a bit of a trial for my wife who is semi disabled and uses a cane. The entrances and exits change with the construction being done. Room is fine and very clean. Chair and hassock are a nice touch.

Hotel was rundown to the point of seedy. Room had an odor. Housekeeping did not change/make the bed or pick up/replace dirty towels. VERY UNSATISFACTORY STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Stayed at the hotel while in town for a meeting. It was under renovation but they were upfront about it. The staff were all super nice and friendly from the front desk to the cafe to housekeeping. My room was spacious and I enjoyed my sleep there. The room was quiet in spite of the renovations.
