Family vacation, included three kids. We are all obsessed with the service and food! The service was top notch at all times. We dined in often and not once did we have a mediocre experience. Incredible people and will absolutely be back!! Thank you!!

Cristina and June in the cafe, there's another blonde lady in the cafe but didn't catch her name - you ladies are awesome and super sweet! Mo and Richie and Deepak, all of your service was sooo beautiful and friendly thank you for making our stay wonderful! Truly the best customer service you're all brilliant

We loved our stay at this resort! Customer service means a lot to us and this property is exceptional. Everyone at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. It's clean, it has great amenities (the kids loved the water slide and the games) and it's right on the beach. We had a great time and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be back!

The staff at the resort were excellent. I want to name the staff that we interacted with the most. Manger Deepak, Andrea and Hakeen - Front Desk, Restaurant - Robin, Richie and Christina (egg, waffle station). I will also say the other staff that we spoke with were also outstanding, but I don't know their names. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

After a horrible experience with another hotel we were able to change to the Marriot. After checking we had lunch and an adult beverage. We were waited on by Ashley who only had been working there for 4-days. She was wonderful, friendly and had wonderful customer service. She well beyond. She truly represented the resort very well. Thank you Ashely from Maine😃

The hotel has great amenities. The room we had was up to date with a walk in shower and lovely interior decor. The staff in the dining room was so helpful and accomodating. The indoor heated pool was wonderful. I would definitely go back again !

Nice facility. Good location. It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach so I wasn't really sure about the location. Turns out nothing is really walkable in Myrtle Beach so plan on driving everywhere. There is a nice restaurant and breakfast place that's a couple blocks away, so that's walkable - but you can't go there every day. There are two reasons why I didn't give an Excellent rating: my daughter has food allergies and the first person we talked to at the restaurant had no idea what was gluten free on the menu (and freely admitted that she had no idea). Nothing is marked. So we had to avoid all of the on-site dining because we had no confidence that they knew anything about allergies. Second reason is that the shower heads in the room are terrible. They're using a rainfall showerhead mounted on the sidewall and the water literally trickles out. You need to stand an inch away from the showerhead to get wet. After a long day at the beach, you really want a nice shower and these rooms just didn't deliver. For all the money we paid, I think they could upgrade their showerheads.
