The hotel was perfect for our family and the views are amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This the place to stay if you want an affordable comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Staff was excellent and friendly! First room we got wasn't made. Keys wouldn't work for the second room and the third room was nice with a great ocean view and patio. The house keeping staff must have been off because all the other used bedding and trash from each room was left all over the walkway.

Room was ok but needed many updates. We had an excellent view of ocean but it Wasn't the best weather at the time. Was quiet because not many customers there there. Could have used extra blankets, wind came in under the door.

They cancelled my reservation without asking me or informing me. I showed up to check in and they then informed me that they had cancelled my reservation and there were no more like rooms available. They didnt offer any solutions or apoligies, and instead were rude to me. This was quite an incomvenience to have to find anither available room on last minute notice. Very dissapointing experience.

was soooo dirty, i dont think the room was cleaned from the previous stay(s). Dried raman noodles all in our sinks, the floor, on the chairs, not sure why so much raman was everywhere. Moldy shower, sinks, and mini fridge. Chunks of hair that was NOT ours was in the sheets and on the floor. There were leaves in the other bed which is foul. Everything smelled like ****, even the lobby as we checked in.

Room was very dirty. Mirrow dirty, Bathroom dirty and someone's hair was on the mirrow ledge. TV was awful and kept roaming and cutting completely off. Internet was too slow to paint a picture on Facebook. They purchase the cheapest package of the internet and TV so they can at least advertise that they have it but it is too slow. Will never stay there again. Suggest you take it off your list.

At check in they charged an additional fee that was not disclosed prior to booking and paying online.
The rooms were dirty. There was trash scattered and thrown around the outside of the building.
They advertised an ocean view room and it was on the corner of the building with no balcony.
No blankets on the bed.
The pictures on their site are not true to the nature of the facility.

Our first time here and the photos do not look like the actual. This property is one of those you get what you pay for type. Needs many upgrades and a good cleaning. First room I had looked like it was not cleaned well. Hair and stainson the pillows

Trash wasnt picked up the whole week. Room smelled like **** every time we came in, I assume from the neighbors. There was so much noise from the other room at 2-3am we still couldn’t sleep. Had to go to office to ask for towels because there was never any replaced. Cops came multiple times a day almost every day.
