The queen size beds are more like a full size. Plug in bathroom was broken. And elevator had a spider in it. The bar was good. The parking garage is very sacred. Are bathroom had only two to four squares of toilet paper on the roll. However the costumer serves was great 👍. And because of that my fetcher wife and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend

I stayed at this hotel for an educator’s conference, but was disappointed with security throughout my stay. During the workshops all participants had to pack up their bags and take all belongings with them during breaks and lunch because we were told nothing was safe, as well as my final day someone accessed my room to drop off water (though I asked them not to) and scraped the back of and redeemed a video game card I had left on the bed (a gift for my son). If you stay here, you need to make sure that the safe in the room is functioning (mine beeped constantly and did not work) and make sure anything of value is locked up. Be sure to be on the lookout for extra charges, since I put towels inside the safe to muffle the beeping but they charged $50 to my card, even though I took the towels out of the safe and left them on the floor when I left. The staff was slow to react, and the manager did not respond to any of my emails, but a front desk manager then did (after a little under a week). They reversed the towel charge (saying it was done in “good faith”) but said they had no proof of the stolen card, though they said they were sorry this happened. Beware and be careful at this hotel. It should be noted that I made every effort to resolve this with them, and the only thing offered was giving “Bonvoy points” which I have no desire to use at any time in the future.

Pro: Close to the attractions we visited in Myrtle
Walking distance to beach *a couple of blocks*
Cons: Had to pay per night to park in their parking deck! Not included when booking the room.
They're no microwaves in the rooms and one microwave on the floor, which is not convenient if you have to heat multiple items up and carry them back to your room. Also not convenient if your room is on the other side of the building.
Booked an ocean view room, but only saw the other hotels blocking the ocean as our view instead. Made the best of it and saw a beautiful sunrise though.
If it weren't for the cons, I would stay here again.

Everything was great minus the shower not working. We were in a hurry when we woke up so we were not able to call down and wait to have the issue fixed. Upon checking out We were told it was a simple fix for maintenance but we would have perfected that simple fix been done before we checked into the room.

Susan at bar was the absolute best! I am a flight attendant and travel all over and she was the most attentive and kindest bartender ever. So refreshing to get awesome service after a long day of flying. She was also knowledgeable of the drinks and menu and helped me make my decision on what to get. Just loved her
