The stay was satisfactory considering the price. The room was tidy. We opted for a non-ac room, but regretted it on a hot day; perhaps we should have chosen an ac room instead. Sufficient parking space is provided. The hotel is conveniently located, with the renowned abhiruchi restaurant opposite, known for its non-vegetarian dishes.

Room was good, but room size is small compared to other hotels, when opened the balcony door bad smell is coming, but opposite room balcony was good, lot of mosquito, please provide atleast mosquito killing machine.

What ever they say about the hotel is false, basic services are not available and they are arrogant in responding. Room service is horrible, bugs in bed. Rather we would stay in our car. It’s million times better

Accomodation, ambience of the hotel are excellent. Hotel room is neat n clean with a comfortable queen size bed. Resturant us within the hotel n has good south indian snacks. Masala dos a is a must try.

1. Cleanliness and neatness: the hotel is commendably clean and well-maintained. 2. Restaurant experience: the restaurant provided a good dining experience
3. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel's service was subpar. Despite paying a premium of 6000+ rupees for a one-day stay, the ac in my room was malfunctioning. I reported the issue to the reception twice, and each time, they sent someone to fix it. However, within minutes, the ac stopped working again. On my third attempt, i was assured that someone would come within 15 minutes, but no one showed up. Consequently, we spent the entire night without air conditioning. Upon checkout, i raised the issue again, but the receptionist remained silent, offering no explanation or apology. Recommendation: i strongly advise against booking this hotel. In comparison, hum i international offers superior service, is more affordable, and provides a much better experience.

The hotel rooms does not have basic facilities like tea/coffee make in the room. The towels were not cleaned. They didn’t kept the extra toilet papers in washrooms neither they refill once it gets over. The hotel room is not justifiable for its price. It is at higher side.
