"It is terrible hotel, firstly the key of the room was not working, room conditions was not good, they said they didn’t have any other suite room, as they have only two rooms which was occupied by us. Door bell was also not working, in-spite everything the hotel manager was saying if you want to stay here you stay in like this condition or you can complain if will provide all your refund. Attitude of the manager was not good. Regarding key they told the door clock if faulty, it was surprise me when of the staff member of hotel open the door with key with them and came inside i was inside my room. He didn’t take my permission or it. This is serious issue and to resolve or for explaination when called manger, he denied to come to talk to me. Please look all this issue seriously"
