"This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I'm giving this place a 10/10 – I'm absolutely delighted with everything. For the price, it's an absolute steal! Resthub is right in the heart of Georgetown, with all the major attractions within walking distance. There's a shopping mall just across the road, and tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The capsules (rooms) are incredibly clean, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. They provide towels, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. In the showers, you'll find shampoo, shower gel, soap, and even a hairdryer. All the other guests were considerate and quiet. I felt very safe thanks to the automatic door locks and key card access for the rooms."

Very Good
GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Gather Inn in George Town, Malaysia. The hosts were absolutely brilliant — so attentive, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, with great facilities and everything maintained to a really high standard. The air conditioning was fantastic, which made such a difference in the heat and kept the room super comfortable. The location was also perfect: very close to the centre and all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet area so we could get a great night’s sleep every night. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting George Town!
MMeMissAmyGreat location.walking distance to most tourist attraction.just a bit cramped for 3 people.just provide shower gel.no shampoo and toothbrush.collect rm50 for deposit refundable and government fee(rm2).staf is friendly.if bring car difficult for parking spot.overal is okay
GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel is so friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. The room is spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Walking distance to Gurney drive and Gurney promenade. Early morning watch sun rises over the horizon. The promenade is big and clean. People jogging.
Food court nearby. Hotel 22 is the most colourful hotel in the area and can be seen from a distance. Would recommend anyone to stay in Hotel 22 if they are on the budget.
GGuest UserSuper slow internet speed. Don't think about using social media or browse the internet with their wifi. Very dusty underneath the bed & behind the TV. Otherwise, clean bedsheets, towels and toilet.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and well-maintained; the only issue was that the toilet had a foul smell and poor noise-cancellation. Other than that, the check-in and out process was smooth, and the employees were very friendly too.
Iisaac_isacWith the economic price of the hostel, it gets everything including shower (not too hot water), room with air cond. (not very spacious) and a simple free breakfast (only toast with jam/butter & watermelon). Good for backpackers and sth need to know in advance: no shoes allow walking up the stairs to rooms (no lift). Hopefully the cold water section of their water fountain will be fixed, so people can have free cool drinking water without buying bottles.
The staffs were nice and got recommended to try mee sotong😄
Bbenx6135For durability and privacy, the wooden panels of the capsules are aesthetically pleasing, and physically tough. Also, there is a headrest cushion on one end for reading postural support.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, the bed is 1.2 meters wide, the beds are clean, the female dormitory has a bathroom, which is convenient. I was in the off-season, there were 8 beds, 3 people stayed on the first day, and I stayed alone for the next two days. I like clean and quiet here. I live in the middle room upstairs. There is no noise, no mosquitoes. There is a water dispenser in the small kitchen behind the first floor. You can drink water, which is very convenient. The air conditioner is OK, all are new from Midea. You need hot water to take a shower, and you need to turn on the power. Pay attention to the air conditioner, which is also controlled by a power switch. There is no front desk, so contact the store email in advance.
MM_NABEELThe hotel management is good they do the room cleaning service on time and overall the room are spacious and air condition with free wifi and hot and cold water is also there
