Find Torremolinos Hotels With Hot Tub

I'm so happy I finally found a place that I can say I've really enjoyed my time in.Staff who really know what it's all about-HOSPITALITY. Great welcome on my arrival,very comprehensive explanations as to where everything was and how to access things.I know people have complained about depositS for this that and the other-GET OVER IT.Ive stayed in higher end hotel who do the same. Eva ,Arthur and Fernando at Reception where excellent throughout my visit.I ate quite a bit at the hotel and I found the food good and the pleasantness and efficiency of all staff without exception to be wonderful. I asked for a room change on day two,as there was quite a loud group next to my original room and it was sorted immediately. The spa has all you could want also,and again a very pleasant guy takes care of things there. Finally,the room,again its got all you need.I had beautiful sea view,lovely dark wood floors,great shower and amenities aswell as wonderful Housekeeping. This hotel is mainly geared for LGBTQ client and as a member of that community I can recommend this hotel to you-Its great. Well done to everyone involved I'm making my first trip to Torremolinos so memorable and wonderful. John P Murphy xx

Currently staying at the Sol principe with my partner and what a beautiful hotel & STUNNING location! Staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. One of our favourite hotels that we have stayed at. The location is beautiful, beach is literally across the road and the beach bars are beautiful. We are half board and there is such a different variety of food each night. Perfect for families, couple etc.. Thank you so much for an amazing stay so far!!

To spend a few days with the family the hotel can be recommended. The food is the weak point. The quality is not bad but it has no flavor.

Friendly very clean hotel. Breakfast ample and varried. Staff were fantastic, the room was also fantastic. I'm going back definitely. The bed was to my taste with a see view room at a very reasonable price. The facilities were wonderful, although there is no bar at the hotel there are plenty within 30 meters of the hotel, also a supermarket next door. The beach is a five minute walk.

I spent a pleasant 4 days at the Essence hotel recently. It is comfortable and the highlight I guess for me is the lobby and pool area. These are very nice places to relax. The first day was a little strange as there was no food available during the day which I found a bit weird. The food menu generally seemed a bit limited to me though the breakfast is very comprehensive with plenty of fresh fruit and cooked breakfasts etc. The ”gym” is not really a gym it is a couple of machines in a tiny sweaty room that is best avoided. The rooftop bar is a pleasant place for a nightcap. Location wise it is a short walk from the beach and the coastal ***** and a 10 Euro uber up into the town. All in all a pleasant stay but nothing super special.

There is only one good thing about this hotel and that is the closeness to the beach, everything else is terrible. Food terrible, we were half board but went out every night for food as the food was flavourless and not much choice especially for children. Entertainment there's wasn't any or if there was it was just music playing but the same music everyday Says online children Entertainment we took our little girl and there was no children Entertainment Games room, where? If they think a pool table is a games room The pool is very unsafe for children, very slippery and frezzing. We tried using the pool once and it was so unsafe and cold we just went to the beach everyday The atmosphere was non existence, more like a grumpy old age people home, we were told it was a family hotel. I think there was 3 children here the whole time we were there. The balcony doors never locked, which with a small child is very unsafe The staff were rude, the man on reception was nice but other staff were not Torremolinos it's self is lovely and would do back but to belimindina, where this hotel is located I feel its far out for the nice part of torremolinos and the walk is not pram friendly or if you have mobility issues. This part of Torremolinos where the hotel is located is quiet and feel like it wasn't much to do. The beach made our holiday enjoyable and the Irish bar down the road. Also if you do decide to stay at this hotel the bus drops us off at the road about about 200m from hotel then you have to walk to the hotel. This is not on the booking we found out when we got there. Overall just don't book this hotel if you want a good holiday

5 day short stay in March , as others have said I bit underwhelmed at the entrance but once inside very clean and all staff friendly and welcoming. Go out the gate by the pool area and you’re straight on the promenade, and a supermarket on the doorstep too. The rooftop pool/bar area as great views too. The food was great too and plenty choice in the area if you want to eat out. We’d not been to this area before and really liked the chilled old town vibe… maybe different in high season. We couldn’t fault anything for what we paid , only 4 not 5 because noise carried but still found it relaxing at this time of year plus the weather was great. Just ask for a kettle instead of packing one , delivered to your room. If you hire a car parking is a problem in the locality, the hotel one is a few street away and payable.

When writing a review, as much as you would like to write only about the positives, one has to be honest with the readers, and provide as much info as possible, even if it includes the occasional negative. We searched the internet and various travel sites and decided to look into Torremolinos, Spain. We came across a resort, hosting 3 hotels. Two being more family orientated and one adult only. Making our reservation with BRIAN directly at their head office in Barcelona, we chose the adult only hotel, Don Marco. When Brian asked if we’d like two single beds or one king, of course we opted for one king. I mentioned we were coming for my Husband’s birthday. Immediately he said they would put a bottle of champagne in the room. That was so nice… I asked numerous questions before supplying our credit card details. I asked about meals and should our friends join us and stay in one of the other hotels on the resort, if they could come to Don Marco. Without hesitation, Brian said YES. Because we chose the half board option and were staying in the more expensive hotel, we could either eat at Don Marco or either of the other two hotels, per Brian. Check in was nice and smooth, though we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be cleaned. That was okay, as it gave us the opportunity to wander around the area. As we entered our room, there were 2 single beds and no kindness of a champagne bottle. I asked to see customer services, and was met by ANNIE. She was great and highly efficient. She was all smiles and offered her assistance. She organized for housekeeping to put something like an additional mattress on the bed, making it as if one bed and not two singles. Furthermore, she kindly organized for that bottle of champagne to be delivered. Kudos to Annie. Our room was basic, though modern. There was a fridge, no microwave, but a kettle to make your teas and coffee that were supplied. The house cleaner kept the washroom nice and clean. As mentioned, we opted for the adult only hotel, the more expensive option. When we asked where exactly the dining room was, the receptionist promptly said we had to go to the Don Pablo or Don Pedro. That was bizarre as Brian told us we would have a dining room there. This was so NOT the case. We landed up eating our meals at Don Pablo. The swimming pool was lovely, except when they say ADULTS ONLY, it should be just that. A few of us complained to reception as there were children, boys who were jumping in, and various other young kids splashing around. We paid for this expensive adult only option adult to have quiet time, sun bathe in peace. This was NOT as expected for a few days. Furthermore, it was stifling hot and NO water machines to have a drink of water. The Don Pedro had a bar with a water machine, yet, the expensive Don Marco had none. The Don Pedro and Don Pablo had bars to order a drink from, the expensive Don Marco does NOT. The owners or management should consider putting a cold water dispense

The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

The bedroom was comfortable and a decent size. The furniture and fittings were very good quality and it was tasteful, and immaculately maintained. The TV had several different British channels, and the towels and linen were good quality. The restaurant had linen on the tables and gave off a nice restaurant vibe rather than a canteen one. Male guests are encouraged to wear long trousers for dinner and (being middle-aged or older) most obliged or wore smart chino shorts. The cold food was at all times good - imaginative and varied. Hot breakfast choices were also nice. (If you're addicted to the 'full English' compromise a little - British tastes aren't the only tastes they cater for.) The hot food in the evening was good,with some items being cooked in front of you if you don't mind waiting a minute or two.  Some sites say the hotel is adults only. Technically it's not (there were a few babies and toddlers) but they don't have attractions for children, so I imagine there are seldom many.  The common areas of the hotel are all really rather grand and lovely. The sunbathing provision is adequate but if you're a late riser you'll probably be in the grassy (and slightly muddy) area, which would be better if paved. It was fine for us though, and if you don't get a bed there you can rent one on the lovely beach right in front of the hotel and contribute to the local economy. The hotel is well sited in La Carihuela, which is still the nicest part of Torremolinos (though no longer as quiet and select as it used to be.) Taxis are easy to find and the fare into the centre is about 7 Euros
