St Julian's Hotels with Hot Tub

We celebrated our wedding at Westin Dragonara resort and they made my dreams come true! We chose Reef club / Pavilion because of its perfect location close to the sea, spacious venue and we also used a chance to take some romantic photos at Quadro and The boat house lounge. We booked two nights at the hotel and everything started with a warm welcoming by Tony, Doraldo and their front desk team. Every team member was always with a smile and very helpful. Special thanks to the night team Samson and Suneel who were very friendly and welcoming to us! The room was perfectly clean , had a nice smell and had all the amenities we needed . Just a quick call to service express call center and Katarina , Alexia and Alejandra will make anything possible! They were very efficient to our frequent requests and they even provided a high chair for a bride when doing her make up ;) The wedding was perfectly organized thanks to Johanna and Pierre and their team who were very patient, professional and flexible to our requests. It felt like they read our minds :) The food was super delicious , and also special thanks to the pastry chef for a beautiful and delicious cake ! Last but not least, I would like to thank back of the house team, such as reservations team (Eva and Maja ) and accounts team (Joane and Jovana) who were very efficient when replying to us. We would definitely recommend The Westin Dragonara resort for a vacation or any kind of celebration and we are looking forward to coming back in the future! Tank you all! Sasha and Marten with love!

Nice location if one is looking for a seaside holiday. Quiet, peaceful with lovely views of the sea. If one is looking for a location that is easy to travel around, then staying at Valletta might be more convenient as the bus and main ferry terminal is situated there. However, if one is touring by car / taxi then the consideration where the bus terminal is would be less important. Filling breakfast (though it doesn’t vary very much from day to day) and serves its function of filling one up for the start of the day! Rooms are neat and tidy, some areas show wear and tear but does not affect the overall functionality of the room. Good and clean comfy beds. Excellent service by the hotel staff who made the stay enjoyable. We unfortunately had an accident with the sliding bathroom door but the hotel staff did their best to make the rest of our stay as worry-free as possible.

It is much better than the InterContinental Express next door. The rooms are spacious and equipped with drinking water. However, the facilities are relatively old.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Corinthia St George’s. Breakfast buffet was 5 star, friendly helpful staff who worked so hard from the waiters, bar staff, concierge, cleaners etc. Great restaurants but our favourite was Broadside Terrace. Excellent facilities including a gym, spa, sauna, several pools, hair dressers etc Our bed was super super king I think, it was huge and so comfortable, room was air conditioned, lovely balcony views it was all perfect and we can’t wait to book again.

It started really well, until the fire alarms started, then the fire doors went into action, then the Lifts went out. Called reception they said they was dealing with it don’t worry. No communication with the Manager until after 2 hours, which I had to walk down 10 flights of stairs to reception. The manager did not apologise for anything, just that he was trying to sort out an outage from a toaster next door. Never mind that the alarm was going off every half hour. We even had a visit from an Engineer who blown out the cobwebs from the ceiling alarm. It is a same as a paying customer there is no respect from a Manager of such a large hotel chain. I am amazed as to his attitude and that nothing is in place to inform the guests as to what is going on, by way of a phone call to each room or some gentle reassurance from management. If that is their reaction then I dead to think what would happen should this be a real situation.

2200 yuan a night, the big bed is exactly a big mattress with 2 small mattresses. That outdoor bathtub is great and good value for money. Expensive. The breakfast was not rich enough, maybe it was different tastes.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel . 5 star stay. Rooms beautiful clean and luxurious. Views absolutely stunning. We had the best time. Buses take you all over the island and taxis are easy and cheap. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Staff at this hotel are all amazing polite and welcoming. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool excellent. Breakfast with lots of choice. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying again very soon. It is a hidden gem thank you for our wonderful 10 day stay xx

At 4 a.m., a stranger entered my room, and there wasn't any proper response from the administration. I was just lucky to quickly wake up before the man approached my bed. Also, when I tried calling reception just after the incident, the phone in the room did not work (even though it worked a few days before), so I had to go downstairs. I asked to change my room, but they only replaced my card key. I do not recommend this hotel to solo travellers, especially women. Now, I have to deal with it in therapy. Worst experience ever.
