Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

The sanitation is too dirty and there is no cleaning at all. The kettle is dirty and the toilet is very dirty. Don’t choose this place because the location is okay. It’s next to the train station.

We chose this hotel to be close to important meetings in the area. Terrible stay. NOISY and smelly! Families live here crammed in small rooms. We were on the 6th floor awaken everyday by slamming doors. Screaming kids running up and down the corridor, going from one room to another. It only quiet down once they were off to school. Also smelly due to the fact that these families cook in their rooms. We complained at the reception but nothing was done about it.

O quarto do hotel e confortável e limpo, o que menos gostei foi o lixo (caixas de pizza, sacos com lixo e garrafas vazias) deixado a porta dos quartos nos corredores pelos outros hospedes, o hotel não deveria permitir isto tipo de comportamento, deveria haver uma penalização ou uma taxa paga para quem tivesse esse tipo de comportamento.
