"Check in with relatively smooth even though it was during the New Year. One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!"

"8-10min Walk via the walk way from Terminal 4.... Go to the the departure (top) level then find the covered walkway to various hotels... it is at the side/end of the Terminal 4... very poorly signed inside the airport, but ask for directions... If you arrive at Terminals 2, 3 or 5 you can get to Terminal 4 via the free underground service. It will save you lots on taxis. Hope this helps"

"This hotel is right in the airport, seamlessly connected to Heathrow Terminal 4. We landed the night before, and the next morning after breakfast, we stored our luggage and headed into the city for a day trip. In the evening, we returned to T4 to pick up our bags before flying back home. It was perfect!"

"I called the hotel around 10:00 AM, asking if I could check in early, and they quickly agreed. The hotel is right next to the airport, which is convenient if you're flying, but it's not ideal for getting into the city center as you need to take a bus to a metro or train station.
Nevertheless, the room was exceptionally clean, and being a Marriott property, the quality was good. There was a hairdryer in the room, but still no slippers. However, for £550 in London, this is a very high-quality hotel, and I was extremely satisfied. I don't want to nitpick much, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about besides the location.
You absolutely must try the hotel breakfast; it's only £13. It's much better than other hotels that charge the same amount but only offer a few pieces of dry bread. Here, there are many options, and I definitely ate my fill – I didn't spend any extra money on food that day.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel itself was in pristine condition however, the room that I stayed in wasn’t clean. There was hair and dust on the bed and blood stain on the runner. The reception lady was generous for letting me check in an hour early so I appreciated that. And General cleanliness is great. It was just the room I was given this time unfortunately."
