This hotel is amazing, especially the girl from reception Celina, she was so helpful and patience. Definitely will come back. The food was nice and the room was clean. I did not expect such nice customer service. It is close to the aeroport but there were no noises.

The staff is really polite and helpful right from the start all the way till the dining experience and rooms cleaning. A big thanks to Randa, Celina and Tony for assisting me in checking in my group. Even the location of the hotel is great with easy connectivity.

Normally I am not a person who writes reviews! But the hospitality and the entire experience has been so amazing but I can’t help but give this hotel a good review. We were personally attended and asssisted every step by Celina ! I really applaud her for taking so much time and effort and doing everything with a smile she is very sweet! We were treated with a welcome bag and given a personal tour of the hotel Also enjoyed my time having a dip in the pool and using the gym, the hotel is still under construction but the hospitality makes up for it ! Had a layover flight and it all felt like a dream . Would hundred percent recommend ;)

My stay was really pleasant. Staff and service is really good. Location is very convenient. Special Thanks to Alyssaa for being kind and attentive to people👏👏👏 staff members were really supportive check in and check out was very smooth.

Beautiful lobby area with bar and plenty of comfortable seating. Food was yummy and well worth the price. Love the color yellow! Bed was very cozy! room was very well cleaned to my liking. Staff is what really has me coming back, they are wonderful & so sweet. Hotel is located close to the Hatton cross tube station which was so convenient for me to get to places. About 2-3 minutes to the airport by cab. Really impressed with this hotel. Overall, this is a great hotel & I would stay here again.

Spent my mandatory quarantine at atrium. The room was large and the perfect place for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi connection, Hotel is within walking distance of Hatton Cross Tube Station. You can get to central London conveniently from the hotel with no hassle. The staff made my stay easy, and they were a very good and professional team. Getting from the airport is very easy. I will definitely book the atrium again on my next trip to London. It was a pleasant surprise as to how the hotel made sure we are comfortable during the quarantine because it sure can be very challenging. They made sure the food was sent on time & they constantly checked on us (felt like home).

Brilliant service from the staff. Very polite & understanding. Spent 12 days here for the quarantine. Sent us food on time. Food was warm and packed well. Hotel is super nice & room was modish. Bed was super comfy. Room was a large closet, Workstation, Coffee station, Large smart TV, good Wi-Fi signals. Even though I was just inside the room, we were allowed outside for 15-20 minutes for a day. Staff was very kind to us. Overall, I am very happy with my stay.

I stayed here for my quarantine. Luckily I got this hotel. After reviewing the reviews of others who have stayed at other hotels, I was concerned about the mandatory quarantine. i'll tell ya. The food is very good, well-packaged,sent with disposable kitchen utensils. Spacious room Very clean and comfortable bed. WiFi connection is fairly fast; I can connect to my Zoom conferences; You can watch Netflix and watch games live on TV. Sure, everyone is using a lot of WiFi. But for me it was a fast WiFi connection.
