It was good enough for my solo trip in London.
I really enjoyed clean room with good hotel service.
U can use again later if I have another chance to come to London.

The toilet was a mess!! Otherwise okay for a layover to catch next flight

Good service tidy and clean the room was fantastic double bed i liked it and the break fast is awesome i enjoyed it

The hotel is lovely inside but it is a little far from the station but it is walkable. However, there are a couple of big parks nearby for running or walking in. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were responsive to requests. I will definitely stay there again if I ever have a late flight again.

Good location. 10 to 15 minutes from the Heathrow airport. Parking onstite available but expensive.

Staff were helpful at check in. The lifts were dirty though the room was clean. The room was much smaller than expected with a very small bed.

It’s great but they don’t have parking to park your car need to pay other £12 for over night it’s not good at all

When booking through your firm, I them arrived to be asked to pay another £80. It was late on a Saturday evening. In the end I played a smaller but significant surcharge. This is actually criminal. It is illegal. I would like someone to get in touch with me about this so I can make a formal complaint and formally note such extortion of guests on arrival.
