Best Western Chiswick Palace Suites

Not that close to transport and lots of stains on carpet .really needs refurbishment. Also very small rooms yet very expensive

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Bedroom good size with a king size double and single bed. The bathroom is small with a walk in shower but very modern with free shampoo/body wash. The bedroom furniture is modern with a vanity desk if required with a mirror. Television was an average aporox 24” size and had Freeview channels. Had a kettle with free tea bags, coffee, biscuits etc. There is hotel car parking at a cost of £12 per night and is limited for spaces. You can reserve a place at the rear of the hotel for £17 per night. Good to guarantee parking in London. However, it’s a very tight squeeze to drive through. There is no EV charging available which was a shame. There is a restaurant and bar area. The breakfast is a good selection choice of hot & cold food and is served between 7-10am. The free internet at the hotel is very good on the signal strength. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located on the High Street. My only negative was staying in room 3 (room 2 would be the same) as it’s located just off the reception, breakfast/bar area and the main front door with the lifts opposite. Very noisy with the constant guests entering the building or staff talking with them with also the ping sound of the lift arriving. Seem to not go quiet till approx 1am then started again at 7am for the breakfast or departing guests. I would definitely return but would ask for an alternative room on another floor.

Perfectly located for our trip to Twickenham to watch the rugby. We had arrived early and our room wasn't ready,so the very kind lady on reception changed our room to one that was. We had a quad room which was plenty big enough for me,my wife and our two teenage kids. very clean room,lovely bathroom with the most powerful shower i have ever experienced !! plenty for breakfast hot and cold and good quality. cheaper to order breakfast when you arrive. I really cannot fault this hotel . don't tell the owners but i think this hotel could charge more.... wink wink!! i was really that impressed . We will be returning next year for sure

Perfect little gem tucked into Chiswick. Perfect walking area with multiple access points for various transportation types. Staff is wonderful and friendly.

The room was rather small - bathroom especially, but that's a normal thing in Europe I've learned. I loved the whole experience in London's Chiwick area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good!

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and fresh and there were great breakfast options. The breakfast room is a conservatory style room at the back of the hotel - sometimes it can be crowded but the staff were very good tidying up and were fast. I had everything I needed for my stay and I was very happy with the service I received. Staff were able to help with my request to leave luggage, etc. and nothing was an issue. I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years and I have not ever had any cause to complain. I highly recommend.

This is a real value, in the midst of the beautiful, convenient, safe Chiswick area of London. The staff is super friendly, helpful and upgraded our room upon request, as we are repeat, happy customers! Will stay here again!!
