The location is good, very close to the airport. It seems that the crew of China Southern Airlines also live here. It is quite clean. It is good for a short-term stay for one day.

I’ve stayed here on a few occasions and I really can’t fault it….
The staff are really nice
The rooms are clean with comfortable beds
And on the two occasions I’ve had time for breakfast it’s been really good!
I stayed here during the mini heatwave we had earlier in the year and the aircon was an absolute god send !!
I’ve stayed in many hotels at double/treble the price and this is just as good!!!

The hotel is very conveniently positioned 4 min walk to Feltham Station. There are buses to LHR approx 20-25 min journey, or. 7 min bus ride to Hatton Cross for the underground
The hotel is welcoming and friendly. The restaurant food is a very high standard, with friendly waiting staff.
The superior rooms are good built in the new area of the hotel.

The reception staff were very helpful, however the restaurant food was terrible & the staff were rude.
