The hotel is very new, the bathroom is big enough, the bed is not very soft, very comfortable, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is very convenient for eating, shopping and subway! You can cook, the tableware is complete, highly recommended! Ms. MELANIE at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is great! !

The interior design was cute and I fell in love at first sight and made a reservation. The bar on the first floor was also fashionable and crowded with people at night. The room is very clean and I would like to stay again.

Very nice place to stay with exceptional staff. Close to bus and tube station connecting to London and almost anywhere else! The hotel is relatively new but showing signs of wear that definitely needs addressing.
