Very good stay, clean and friendly. Close to the airport, and there’s a train station at the airport as well, follow location in the photo.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, friendly environment with airport bus connection which is handy

Hotel was exceptionally and staff were generally friendly. Only thing they forgot was the kettle I requested for a replacement for the one in the room as it had a dirty filter, though the replacement never came it was still a good and economical stay, convenient location with lots of amenities around as it is a 10-15 bus ride from Heathrow airport .

The room was old and shabby for an Ibis, but the restaurant was clean and up to date and the food was hit and fulling. Poor customer service in the hotel but great customer service in the restaurant.

Close to the airport

I received great service from all hotel employees. But the location is too bad. I need to spend 1 or 1 and half hours to go to London center.

I love everything about this hotel, the staff were so nice and friendly and I live the breakfast meal too.

One can only serve well when the resources provide. No frills is an understatement. The lack of room amenities destroyed any upside to this facility. It gives no frills a new meaning. To add injury to insult, the building is a no smoking facility. Yet, I can smell cigarette smoke in the hallway, and any common area in the hotel. There's rooms for improvement, and much to be done.

Had all the basics would recommend for a cheap one night stay but not for any longer.

Rooms were excellent; only lift wasn’t accessible due to high volume of guests.

Very culm and clean place

To be my surprise to see it is refurbished recently and therefore the carpet, curtains and bedding sheets are in good condition, pure white and clean!👍 One drawback is the bathroom that the sink tap could not be turned on properly cos of the refurbished new bench behind it is too closed to it, u will not be able to waste too much water 🤣

Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central Hotel is a short Hotel Hoppa bus ride from the airport. So convenient and close. It has dining facilities and provides a free breakfast. The rooms are cozy and quiet, even though it is in the direct path of landing aircraft.
