Normally this is total 5star property. We stay there often because it’s very clean, great staff, nice rooms and very convenient to medical center. However, this time there were dogs dogs dogs everywhere. Barking dogs. Unfortunately my husband is allergic and his nose and eyes tan the whole
Time. Before staying again I will ask if they have pet-free rooms or owt free floors. Not good for anybody with allergy problems.

The staff provided excellent service, and the transportation they offered to the surrounding areas was impeccable. The place was incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal choice for anyone needing to stay in the medical area.

We stayed at the Hyatt House due to its proximity to the NRG stadium. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and we didn’t have any expectations, but the Hotel was awesome. The staff is super friendly, the hotel was clean and organized and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel was fully booked because of the Stones concert and we thought the quality of service and/or food would suffer because of it, but again, the staff came through. We only ate breakfast during our stay and the kitchen was able to keep up with the demand. Great fresh coffee, fresh fruits and juices, real eggs, just to name a few. We would definitely stay there again. Aside from the very slow elevators, this hotel is a gem. Close to the stadium and lots of nice restaurants within 10-15 min drive. The hotel also offers a free shuttle.
