Motel 6 Houston, TX - East

I requested a Handicap capable room and the room was too far from the Parking Lot for me to walk to after checking in & the key didnt work the first time. The floor was not swept or mopped either and there were no amenities available besides hand soap

I pay online and when I arrive they charge me again not nice…

Roaches in our room and the people next to us were really loud and letting their kids scream

Terrible. Didn’t sleep more than 2 1/2 hours bed bugs on bed and pillow. Sheets smelled like dry wet sweat. Bad experience.

The property needs an uplift! Old everything! Plumbing is horrible. I stayed two days and the water from the shower was still in tub when I left. Toilet flushes, but not well, have to flush numerous times. People live on property and has been from the looks of the environment. Please don't walk by, RUN!!

Liked it was near expressway, didn't like the roaches.

Requested a refund and never received one. Only got offered to move to a better room which was the same as the first. Shower water was cold, the shower nozzle thing was poor coming out it was so weak, the ac wasn’t working properly, the rooms smelled like c.heads smoked it out, the bed I requested was king but instead got two flimsy twin sized, the walls were damaged, there was dealers walking around everywhere’s, this place was nothing like the photos!!!!!

This is the worst place I would never recommend this property Roach infested smelling strange people walking the property and look like people live in several rooms not to say no working phones I had to bring my own cleaning supplies to disinfect my room please don't ever rent a room this is a place for someone coming off of the Streets in need of desperate housing only.
