Trip. Com has done nothing but inconvenience me. Waste my time. Take my money.... I'm in tears because my very good friend who is like family to me passed away. I came to Houston for funeral and booked through trip.com I will tell everybody I know that this company is horrible and will not provide professional customer service or even compensation after all of the hassle. I will go through anyone else but this company. They need to go out of business. I've never been upset so many times because a booking company took my money and left me in a bind.

I stay there alot but im stsrting to grow tired of the rooms that shut everything off after a period of time. Lights tv etc. the. Having to move gets old

This was our third stay here and we like it. Great restaraunts in walking distance and right off the freeway. Our only criticism was that our room was missing the black out curtain so sun woke us up early but I think that was just a one off. Very good breakfast.

Had some trouble with key cards requiring getting new ones. Noisy at times on Saturday night after 10 pm. Wonder if signage requesting respectfulness of others through quiet would make a difference. Difficult to regulate heat.
The cleanliness was quite good and front desk people were helpful.

Overall it was a great stay. Only thing I would recommend is to have bigger portion for breakfast. Waffle maker liquid should not be that liuquy and has to be thick for better results. It was not good at all.
