Cedric was amazing and very accommodating. He made sure I made it to my destination safely and even gave me a mini tour of Houston on the way. The Thompson is my new favorite home away from home. I will definitely be back soon :) Excited to create more memories here.

Great hotel. The room was excellent. Great transportation (my assigned driver, Charles, was always there to pick me up when I needed him). Check out the EoS gym if you like to work out. Overall great experience for business and tourist travelers.

The hotel was so gorgeous, and the views from the pool were immaculate, but it was really set the experience apart from the beauty of it all was the extraordinary service provided by Monica at the pool. She brought over snacks, water, and to celebrate our friends birthday weekend she even brought over a cold bottle of champagne on ice! Wow talk about pool Side service. We will definitely be going back, based solely on our experience with her thoughtful and wonderful service

I had a great experience while staying there, however it has been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received my security deposit back. When I tried calling the hotel there was no answer, and I called hyatt customer service and they opened a ticket on my behalf.

I lost my wallet and they assured they would do anything they could to troubleshoot Any problems. Had including helping get a mobile ID for travel and new keys for the room. Also followed up the next day to assure everything worked out.

Great service from the whole pool staff. Monica was awesome! Food was great. The Wagyu burger was yummy. We had a great time. Nice view and atmosphere. !¡!!!!!!!!????¿???????????????....??.??.....................................

Monica at the pool was so friendly and personable. Really made the stay much better. She made the experience worthwhile and fun. The spa was also great very relaxing. Olga who did the massage was extremely nice and catered to my needs. Would come back again
