Nice room, very nice people working there. Breakfast a disaster, sorry to say. Most of the equipment in the fitness room was broken, seems they do not care so much about that. 1 out of 3 treadmills partly working, none out of the 2 ellipse was working.

The receptionist was unfriendly, and the next day they changed our room (we made a reservation for two rooms for 3 days) and in one of the rooms we forgot an electric shaver, something that was not reported by the cleaning staff, we told them that we had left and they still don't solve us, they don't know that they will continue to ask the cleaning people, today we left the hotel and there is still no answer, that shouldn't happen since one trusts if you forget something and they can leave it in forgotten things so that the guest can return and continue trusting the hotel, I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me by speaking to the hotel since they themselves do not understand our language, we try to communicate with our English and they should also have multilingual staff to so that we can have better care and communication.

The property and amenities are good in perfect condition and very clean. The only problem is the sofa bed mattress, God this was really damaged and is inhumane to lay down, the springs push. I recommend to change. It could be a great suite because has privacy with the master room aside.
