A Disastrous Start to Our Vacation
Upon arrival at Locale, our excitement quickly turned into frustration and disbelief. After a long journey, we were greeted with the shocking news that there were no keys available for us. The locker was open and empty where they kept keys for guests. Despite having made our reservation well in advance, the staff seemed unprepared and disorganized, leaving us stranded without a room.
What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy or assistance from the property management. Instead of offering a solution, we were bluntly told to look for other accommodations, which left us feeling abandoned and stressed at the start of our supposed vacation.
The experience was not only inconvenient but also incredibly disappointing. It's unacceptable for guests to arrive only to find out they have nowhere to stay, especially without prior notification. This lack of professionalism and customer service has completely turned me off from ever booking with Locale Medical Center Houston again.
For those considering staying here, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. The risk of having your travel plans thrown into chaos is too high. There are plenty of other properties that value their guests and understand the importance of reliable service.
