The positives Location - location was ideal if you are passing through flights in which our case it was. Rooms- the rooms were nice and clean and so it was the rest of the hotel. The negatives Shuttle service- They say they offer a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Note- it only takes 6 minutes to and from the airport. However, in our case they made us wait for more than 50 minutes and never showed up. We end it up taking Uber. The employee at the hotel said she doesn't know the location of the driver and she respond it " some people take Uber some wait." We had to call ahead in which we did but never was I provided with the service they offered. Employee- I am a member of Hilton program so I used the app to check-in as I didn't want to talk to anyone at this point. I chose the room and said that I had to wait for my digital key. The means I had to wait for the employee at the desk to check me in. I Never had a problem with this until now. As I wasn't given a digital key yet I had to go to the desk. Granted I was mad because of the shuttle situation earlier. So, I wanted to verify that we wouldn't have a problem the next following day. The employee "She" being so lovely not! with her earphones plug in so I know she is only listening to half of my story. She tells me I am not checked in. I was, really? cause I already chose the room and all. I know I am not lady! I been waiting for you to approve my digital key but now I know you haven't done it because I see you busy watching something on your phone. Once I get to my room the room had an awful smell so I went to the desk again to change rooms. What do I see? I see the employee busy watching on her phone not acknowledge me that I was standing there. After a few seconds of waiting she doesn't even apologize and just looks at me unbothered. I told her the room that I had has a funny smell and I want to be changed. She does! but while she is doing it I read a sign from this brand saying that " We're proud to offer delightfully practical stays where every guest can shine. so if any part of your stay didn't' give that Spark, we promise to make it right- Guaranteed." Yeah right......I am getting a spark alright but not the one they say. After getting a new room which this time it smelled good. I called to change the hotel shuttle to an earlier one. After changing the time she hasn't acknowledge me of the change it just got quit on the other side. So I said is that it? do you need my name, room number or something. Completely nasty she responds well didn't you said okay already?. I was so pissed by her respond and her attitude but I was here already and tired. The next morning we get up early for breakfast and my mother asked her kindly where was breakfast.
