The room wasn’t as new as I expected and they put me on 4th floor with view or garage which wasn’t great. Not close to 5 star. Almost has a motel feel to it m.

Shockingly terrible customer service. Was coming in on a business trip and arrived at 1am, left me sitting at the counter with no communication at all for ~30 minutes that late at night. Finally come out and booked me a smoking room in a motel a few blocks over because they overbooked. I asked for a refund, and they said they would not give me one. One star, will never be staying here again. Would not recommend to anyone

Very disappointed in this stay. Normally have a very good experience but this was well below. The hot tub was low on water and not working correctly. Room was missing fridge. Chewed gum was on the wall by the TV. Lights in bathroom did not stay on.

Hotel viejo y con mal servicio de limpieza. No hicieron limpieza, no había acondicionador en el baño, elevadores lentos, a pesar que solicité el servicio de limpieza nunca fueron a limpiar mis habitaciones, cuando lo hicieron solo pusieron toallas limpias y papel Higiénico, NO vaciaron los cestos de basura, no dejaron agua, no rellenaron los depósitos de shampoo y acondicionador ni en mi baño ni en el de mi hija, no hicieron la cama, el personal del hotel es muy amable y la comida del restaurante está regular pero les falta mejorará los elevadores, los baños, la regadera es pésima y los espejos están dañados, también falta mejorar el servicio de limpieza

One hour’s waiting for a sandwich, I can’t belive, I ordered at 12:3o and it is 1:20 and nothing . The said to much Clientes ordered but it is a 5 star . Demasiado retardo rn una cafeteria de un hotel 5 estrella y el costo no justifica la espera , terrible
