房間本身很不錯，但門僮明明在門口，既不告訴我們有免費地下停車位，導致我們停到酒店門口地面收費車位，也不上前詢問是否需要幫助拿行李，但看到其他膚色客人，很積極提行李，感覺被歧視了。

I love this hotel because it is so convenient for a shopping trip to the galleria. Check in was quick, we were able to get in our room early and the room was very nice

Location and accessibility to the mall was great. Limited reserved parking for guests had to be the worst. Your basically competing for parking with mall shoppers. We never found a specific location for Westin guests. The shower water did not get hot enough. Luke warm at best. Housekeeping skipped our room one day, the heating system ******. We wanted to torn on the heat and it blew cold air the entire time. There is no microwave in the room and the mini fridge didn't really keep our beverages cold. I've melts as soon as liquid touches it. Other than that the stay was okay.

This hotel has virtually no sound proofing. I was a couple of doors down from the elevators which announce which car to take out loud when a floor is selected. The announcement might as well have come from next to my head. Likewise the wind tunnel created over top of the pool level sounded like gale force beating on the windows. There were consistent problems with the internet and staff was entirely unhelpful. AND the in room coffee maker didn’t work. This frequent business traveler was left far more exhausted and frustrated than when she arrived and this time only thanks to the hotel itself.

Las habitaciones muy sucias y descuidadas, el personal de mantenimiento no tiene cuidado de limpiar bien ya que nos encontramos en el frigobar comida de los huéspedes anteriores y olía muy mal, la regadera tenía los frascos de jabón vacíos, las alfombras muy sucias y llenas de polvo. No lo recomiendo...
